Delete Your PERCH account

You can delete your account at any time.

In the app: open Perch, go to Profile → Delete account (also under Profile → Privacy & Data) and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app: email hello@perchpresents.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted: your account and login, your profile and photo, your saves and follows, and, if you're a seller, your shop, listings and photos.

What we keep: nothing, except anything we're required to keep by law.
